Sabrina assists the property management team with day to day operations including collection of COI’s, maintaining office clerical, filing and record keeping systems, facilitating tenant move ins as well as helping to coordinate new lease signings and assist with the closing process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for all parties.
Ryan specializes in retail leasing and sales. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a major in Business Management-Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Ryan is licensed as a Sales Associate with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ryan currently leases a portfolio of retail centers throughout the Central Florida market.
Prior to joining the EIS team, Ryan co-founded Southern Commercial Partners. His focus was leasing high vacancy centers and locating local tenants for relocation. Ryan has extensive experience negotiating LOI’s and leases for both tenants and landlords. He is familiar with both the Central and SW Florida markets.
Rob Graham specializes in retail leasing and advisory. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate coupled with multiple certifications, including Bloomberg Finance and Real Estate Financial Modeling. Rob is licensed as a Sales Associate with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association.
Rob currently works with the team leasing a portfolio of retail centers and other properties throughout the Central Florida market. His focus is providing value through both landlord and tenant representation services. Being a native of Orlando, Rob is extremely familiar with the Central Florida market and understands the intricacies of many of the local submarkets.
Juan Jimenez is a senior associate at Equity Investment Services. Mr. Jimenez with his experience, work ethic and unique knowledge of the market effectively advises and serves his clients through their specific real estate needs. Mr. Jimenez is active in a broad range of activities including lease negotiations, sales transactions and financial analysis of investment properties. Additionally, Mr. Jimenez identifies strategic opportunities for his clients.
Prior to joining Equity Investment Services, Mr. Jimenez worked for over five years at NAI Realvest where he gained significant knowledge and experience early in his career. Mr. Jimenez was involved in 68 commercial real estate transactions totaling $57 million, quickly establishing his proficiency in the commercial real estate industry.
Previously, Mr. Jimenez worked for over three years with Orange County Government. In that role, he performed a variety of tasks that acquainted him with governmental procedures. Eventually Mr. Jimenez joined a consulting firm based in Orlando that provides governmental
relations and business development services for large companies and small businesses. Mr. Jimenez co-founded a real estate investment company while in college and sold his first property when he was 20 years old. Mr. Jimenez is an active real estate investor.
Angie is the Property Accountant for Equity Investment Services. She graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as an Associate degree in Business Administration and has been the Secretary for the Central Florida Chapter of Legal Administrators for several years. Angie has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and for the past 5 years, her concentration has been in property management. She has experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Accounting. Angie currently handles a large portfolio of shopping centers in performing the entire accounting cycle and preparing the monthly financial packages.
Eric Portnoy joined Equity Investment Services in January 2015. Eric leases a portfolio of anchored and uncharted shopping centers on behalf of his private clients. He also has focuses on ground up development, redevelopment, and Tenant Representation. He’s a multiple time CoStar Power Broker Award Winner for Retail Leasing and is responsible for completing more than $100M in in Transaction Value.
Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Eric was in sports broadcasting for over six years. His main client being Fox Sports Florida he also worked for networks like ESPN, TNT, CBS, and Versus. Originally from South Florida, he’s been an Orlando native since 2007; graduating from UCF with a film degree.
Vivian is the Property Accountant for Equity Investment Services and works on and oversees a large portfolio of shopping centers in the greater Orlando area. She has over 20 years of experience with a background in different product types ranging from manufacturing to small business to property management. In the last 12 years she has focused on the property management side as an accountant and property manager. Over the years, she has gained extensive knowledge in QuickBooks Pro Advisor, JD Edwards (One World and World knowledge), Macola, Oracle (Oracle System, Oracle Browser, GLDI), Peachtree, PR Pay, Crystal Enterprises, Ross System, AMM, YARDI and SAP.
Andreas specializes in retail investments with his primary focus being Multi- Tenant Net Lease Properties across Central Florida. As part of the sales team Andreas has in recent years been part of sales of properties worth an average of $4,000,000 With a sports background, Andreas has a relentless approach to serving his clients during sales, but also before and after a sale.
Andreas was born and raised in Oslo, Norway before coming to University of Central Florida to pursue his academics as well as an athletic career in Soccer. After 5 years at UCF Andreas graduated with a B.S. degree in Finance and a master’s degree in business administration. With a unique background in the industry Andreas has demonstrated over the years outstanding results for his clients.
Sue Theodore has been in property management over 20 years. Her experience includes the management of retail, office condominiums, community associations, property associations and residential with her focus on retail. Ms. Theodore has managed large anchored retail clients across the nation such as Publix, L.A. Fitness, Walgreens and Hobby Lobby. She obtained her Commercial Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. Theodore continues to successfully manage commercial real estate assets by delivering day to day operational excellence concentrating on P&L management, capital expenses, contract negotiations and tenant/landlord relations.
