For almost 15 years my passion has been helping others create, manage and preserve their real estate wealth. As President and one of the commercial property managers of Equity Investment Services (EIS), an Orlando based full service commercial real estate investment advisory company, it is my mission to help clients maximize value through the acquisition, stabilization, and exit of their investment properties. We achieve these goals through a few distinct service lines; leasing, management, investment sales and insurance. Overseeing the day to day operations of the company, I am honored with the task of empowering, motivating and coaching the EIS team members. I’m always looking to help others grow beyond what they believed was possible.
I have a wide-ranging background in commercial real estate including investment sales, leasing, property management, development, loan workouts and court appointed receiverships.
Running three different real estate related companies keeps me busy. I am proud that all our businesses are increasing the value that we provide our clients.
I am actively involved with several charitable organizations in Central Florida and encourage team members to give back. EIS donates 1% of its annual profit to charity.
I am a Christian, a husband and a proud father of three.
