AERO VUE CROSSINGS AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT PROPOSED IN KISSIMMEE
News Break- An affordable housing project is in the works in Kissimmee as the type of housing continues to face a severe shortage in Central Florida. Orlando-based EIS Housing LLC proposed to build a 95-unit affordable housing project southwest of Aeronautical Drive and U.S. Highway 192, according to Osceola County records. The project, called Aero Vue Crossings, will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments for rents that are 30% to 80% of the area median income for Osceola County. The project will target very low and low-income families.
