Rob specializes in retail leasing and advisory. He recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate coupled with multiple certifications, including Bloomberg Finance and Real Estate Financial Modeling. Rob is licensed as a Sales Associate with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association. Rob currently works with the team leasing a portfolio of retail centers and other properties throughout the Central Florida market. His focus is providing value through both landlord and tenant representation services. Prior to his career in real estate, David was Director of Marketing & Development for a multi-site coffeehouse franchise in the Midwest. Through a focus on community engagement and creative marketing techniques David was able to consistently break revenue goals and helped his company win “Franchisee of The Year”.
David is a proud husband and father of three active children. On the weekends he can usually be found volunteering for his church and cheering on one of his hometown Kansas City sports teams.

R. Gary Marshall is a Director with the investment team and has over 50 years of commercial real estate experience including Vice President of a major commercial real estate brokerage in the Midwest. He has vast experience in brokerage, site selection and development services.
EARLY YEARS:
Gary Marshall has been licensed since 1967. Early in his career, he managed large, apartment complexes and trained leasing agents. As well as general brokerage, he acquired several site locations for McDonalds. Marshall was responsible for the sale and management of the first “built as condominiums” complex in the Midwest, in North Olmsted, Ohio. Marshall went on to become the youngest Vice President of a major Real Estate brokerage, where he managed and trained the office leasing department. Marshall was a pioneer in the tenant representation business for corporate office users. Notable client relocations include Penton Publishing Company for 120000sf and Calfee Halter Griswold for 15000 sf .Marshall leased in excess of one million square feet of office space in five years. He was appointed team leader to develop the one hundred year old Western Reserve Building under the guidelines of the new Historical Preservation Act.
MIDDLE YEARS:
Marshall worked in major markets for various developers and end users such as The Richard E. Jacobs Group and Benderson Development for whom he assembled land. Clients include The Home Depot in three cities for land acquisition, Half Price Books in four cities for store leases and Mailboxes, Etc. (FedEx) in NE Ohio for store locations and build out of interiors.
In addition to general brokerage, Marshall provided developer services and brokerage for Lakecrest Town Center, a 60 acre retail development in Sandusky, Ohio. Marshall provided land assemblage service and all due diligence including zoning, tax increment financing, environmental clean-up and anchor leasing. Anchors include Menards, Aldi Foods, Sherwin William, Gordon Foods, Pet Supplies and others. Marshall was responsible for negotiation of direct sales, net three land lease and build lease agreements. He relocated to Central Florida permanently in 2014.

Eric Portnoy joined Equity Investment Services in 2015. Eric leases a portfolio of anchored and unanchored shopping center on behalf of private clients. He focuses on researching properties based on location, tenant types, and opportunities. Eric also handles showings, has experience with LOI negotiations, lease review and post signing coordination.
Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Eric was in sports broadcasting for over six years. His main client being Fox Sports Florida he also worked for networks like ESPN, TNT, CBS, and Versus. Originally from South Florida, he’s been an Orlando native for the past eight years, graduating from UCF with a degree in Film. Eric’s sports broadcasting experience goes much further than operating cameras as he spent most of that time in the Fox Sports Florida Office, coordinating and producing original programming.

Leah Kovachev is the Transaction and Marketing Coordinator for Equity Investment Services. As Transaction Coordinator, Leah is responsible for assisting with escrow, creating timelines and corresponding with real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage lenders during the closing process. Leah manages all steps in the process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
As Marketing Coordinator, she creates and executes strategic marketing campaigns while maintaining all of Equity Investment Service’s property listings. She is also instrumental in planning and coordinating all areas of the business which includes brokerage, leasing, property management and advisory services. She ensures that each is run efficiently and with the highest level of client care.

Previously, Mr. Jimenez worked for over three years with Orange County Government. In that role, he performed a variety of tasks that acquainted him with governmental procedures. Eventually Mr. Jimenez joined a consulting firm based in Orlando that provides governmental relations and business development services for large companies and small businesses. Mr. Jimenez co-founded a real estate investment company while in college and sold his first property when he was 20 years old. Mr. Jimenez is an active real estate investor.

H. Braxton Green Jr.
H. Braxton Green Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Investment Services. As CEO, Braxton’s core focus is new business development, risk evaluation, and financial structuring.
In addition to his duties with EIS, Braxton is also the founder and CEO of Baybrook Homes. For over 30 years Baybrook Homes has been building “award winning” homes in greater Orlando in over 80 different communities. Braxton has been involved as an owner/developer in over $450,000,000 in real estate development and construction throughout Central Florida.
Braxton and his wife Eleanor have five wonderful children. In his spare time he enjoys golf, scuba diving and traveling.
Christopher Savino
Christopher M. Savino is a founding member and President of Equity Investment Services. As President, Christopher oversees all divisions of Equity Investment Services including Brokerage, Property & Asset Management, Tax Services, Development and Equity Partnerships. Christopher’s background is in investment brokerage sales of shopping centers, office buildings, multi family & single tenant net-leased assets throughout the Southeastern United States. He has also represented both owners and tenants in numerous lease transactions and currently oversees a leasing team that oversees over of 2,500,000 square feet.
Prior to forming Equity Investment Services, Chris was an investment broker at Marcus & Millichap where he was involved in over $200 million in transactions. He has represented institutional, private equity and local owners in the sale of their assets. Chris first began his career as a real estate analyst with Marcus & Millichap where he had valued shopping centers, office & industrial buildings as well as raw and improved land.
