North Boulevard, the painted letters of Kwik Chek saw the light of day for the first time in decades. The Leesburg property, which consists of two buildings erected next to each other, was purchased by Major Investments, a company that specializes in completely redoing buildings for medical office tenants, said Ryan D’Agostino. The company he represents, Equity Investment Services, will be leasing out the space.
